Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Account Manager to join our team remotely in the US and surrounding areas. You will cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and drive renewal and expansion of services to meet client objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in construction or facilities management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams. A flexible remote arrangement supports work‑life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in construction or facilities management with account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and inform leadership of issues impacting client goals.
• Manage project delivery schedules and cross‑department deliverables.
• Collaborate with business development to pursue expansion opportunities.
