Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Account Manager to join our team remotely across the United States and surrounding areas. You will build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met and reporting progress to leadership.

Focus on driving account growth, renewing services, and coordinating cross‑department delivery while upholding BGIS values and our safety, health, and environmental commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in construction or facilities management with account management.
• Minimum 3 years of account management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with internal and external contacts.
• Problem solving to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Time management to balance competing priorities.
• Relationship building to maintain and grow client networks.
• MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Project knowledge; SharePoint preferred; CRM a plus.
• BOMA certification or designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure client objectives are addressed and inform leadership of issues.
• Monitor KPIs and align with BGIS goals for the client.
• Coordinate cross-department deliverables and project schedules.
• Renew and expand services with the assigned client base.
