Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Account Manager to join our team remotely in the US and surrounding areas. You will cultivate client relationships, manage project delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to meet objectives.

The role requires strong communication, 4+ years in construction or facilities mgmt, and 3+ years in account management. Travel and cross-functional teamwork are expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years applicable work experience in the construction or facilities management industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a teamwork environment with internal and external contacts.
• Problem solving to identify root cause issues and resolve.
• Time management to balance multiple priorities.
• Relationship building to maintain current clients and connect with industry contacts.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project knowledge.
• SharePoint knowledge preferred; CRM knowledge a plus; BOMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure client objectives and concerns are addressed and reported to senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and align with BGIS goals.
• Coordinate with multiple contacts to manage service delivery and cross-department deliverables.
• Contribute to other key initiatives as assigned.
• Collaborate with business development to identify expansion opportunities.
• Renew and expand services with the client base.
