Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking an Account Manager to join our team remotely within the United States and surrounding areas. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, managing projects, and renewing services to meet client objectives.

You will develop partnerships with key stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross-department deliverables while advancing BGIS growth and client satisfaction. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of applicable work experience in the construction or facilities management industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a teamwork environment with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain personal relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ensure client objectives and concerns are addressed and communicated to senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and align deliverables with BGIS goals across departments.
• Collaborate with multiple contacts to manage delivery schedules and client deliverables.
