Cityview Helicopter Tours is seeking a proactive, client-facing professional to manage relationships with our customers from remote locations. You will be the primary point of contact, relay client feedback to our editors, and help shape campaign content to meet each client’s goals.

You will analyze topics, draft quarterly performance reports, and collaborate with the team to continually enhance campaigns while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Ability to work independently and set your own goals.
• Comfort with a remote, client-facing role and scheduling calls.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the day-to-day contact for clients and relay feedback to writers/editors.
• Identify topics and create quarterly reports showing results and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in campaign enhancements by understanding client audiences and goals.
