Cityview Helicopter Tours is seeking a remote client relations professional with 2+ years in sales and business development. You will be the day-to-day contact for clients, relay feedback to our editorial team, and help tailor topics to each client’s industry.

Weeks 3–6 you respond to client emails, take a more active role on calls, and maintain weekly check-ins and quarterly reports. This role emphasizes independence, initiative, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Ability to work independently and set your own goals.
• Comfortable working from home and managing own schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Be the day-to-day contact for clients, relay feedback to writers/editors, identify trending topics for clients, and create quarterly reports.
• Strengthen campaigns with understanding of each client’s audience and goals; participate in onboarding and weekly email check-ins; potential upsell through ideas and input.
