Cityview Helicopter Tours is seeking a remote account manager to serve as the day-to-day contact for our clients, relay their feedback to our editorial team, and craft quarterly performance reports. You will own client relationships, drive campaign enhancements tailored to each client’s audience and goals, and contribute ideas that strengthen the partnership without high-pressure sales.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Not afraid to run a full desk.
• You have the ability to work independently and set your own goals.
• You're sick of being micromanaged and want more control over your day-to-day.

Responsabilidades

• Client Satisfaction / Retention: you will be the day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for relaying their feedback to our team of writers and editors, creating quarterly reports that illustrate results and provide feedback on improvements.
• Continual Campaign Enhancement: this is not a sales position; however you will strengthen campaigns with a deep understanding of each client’s audience and goals, potentially adding input that synergizes the relationship between our agency and the client.
