Cityview Helicopter Tours is seeking a remote account manager to be the day-to-day liaison between clients and our team, empowering you to own the communication flow and drive client success. In this role you will maintain client satisfaction and retention, relay client feedback to writers and editors, and help enhance campaigns by understanding client audiences and goals.

Responsabilidades

• Client Satisfaction / Retention: be the day-to-day contact for clients, relay feedback to the team, and prepare quarterly reports.
• Continual Campaign Enhancement: help strengthen campaigns by understanding client audiences and goals and offering thoughtful input.
• Team coordination: participate in onboarding new clients and maintain weekly client communications.
