Job summary

Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. You will partner with clients to drive adoption, retention, and recurring revenue by consulting, strengthening relationships, and educating customers on best practices.

You will work with a high-energy, relationship-driven team to deliver value, stay informed on industry trends, and help clients maximize their use of our SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Sales/Client Success/Account Manager experience.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients about new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients maximize utilization of Subsplash products and maximize retention.
• Stay educated on industry information and educate clients accordingly.
