Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. This role focuses on partnering with clients to maximize platform engagement, retention, and recurring revenue through strategic consulting and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of educating clients on industry knowledge and new features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

1-2 years sales, client success, or account management experience.
Experience with small-tier clients.
College degree.
Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence.
Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
Inform clients of new products, features, and the value of Subsplash platform.
Develop innovative solutions catered to client needs.
Help clients succeed in utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
Stay educated and be able to educate clients on industry information.
