Job summary

Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager on the Client Success Team to delight clients, grow retention, and drive recurring revenue by strategically consulting, strengthening relationships, and maximizing platform use.

You will report to the Manager of the Client Success Team and collaborate with a dynamic, remote-friendly group. 1–2 years in Sales/Client Success is required, a College degree is needed, and travel occasionally may be required; base pay is $50–55k with OTE $68–82k.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Experience with small-tier clients or SMBs is preferred.
• College degree required; strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
• Inform clients of exciting new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Develop innovative solutions catered to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and be able to educate clients on industry information.
