Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager on the Client Success Team to delight clients, grow retention, and increase recurring revenue by strategically guiding adoption of our platform.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with small-tier clients, clear communication, and ongoing education about product features, with remote work allowed for eligible states, including Kentucky, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager roles.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree.
• Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence.
• Proven prospecting and online profiling skills.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, data, or analytics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of faith sector is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and educate clients on industry information.
