Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Success Team. You will nurture client relationships, drive retention, and grow recurring revenue by consulting, educating, and aligning Subsplash solutions with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or account management, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a college degree. This is a remote role within allowed U.S. states.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients of exciting new products and features and the value of Subsplash platform.
• Develop innovative solutions catered to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and be able to educate clients on industry information.
