Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7–9 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of Medicaid/state government, and a Bachelor's degree or higher; PMP is a plus and long-term care familiarity is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years’ experience or Master’s degree preferred.
• 7-9 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated financial and business management experience required; Finance and accounting systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid programs and state government required.
• Experience in long term care and disability services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client engagements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project plans; mitigate risks and provide status updates.
• Drive business growth through proposals, client retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Lead staff management, mentoring, performance oversight, and training coordination.
