Job summary

The role partners with internal teams and external clients to manage project plans, support launches, and deliver client-ready material.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years’ experience in business administration, healthcare, human services, or public sector.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with health or human services agency or managed care organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, work plans, and cross-functional activities to ensure program milestones and client deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor program performance through reporting, data analysis, status tracking, and end-user testing.
• Assist with implementation and launch activities, including coordinating meetings, documentation, training, and communications.
• Build productive client relationships by understanding client objectives and decision-making structures.
• Support training materials creation, client presentations, and knowledge sharing across teams.
