Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1+ years relevant experience in medical communication, marketing or advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with iEnvision/Datavision preferred.
• Physician, HCP, or patient marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point-of-contact for multi-project accounts.
• Oversee project and financial management functions with limited supervision.
• Assist manager with organic new business growth within existing accounts.
• Coordinate plan of action, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular touchpoints.
• Prepare estimates, statements of work, and invoicing details.
