Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to support California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona markets.

The role requires an active P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time hours (M-F 8am–5pm). You will provide administrative and customer service support, manage policy expirations, renewals, billing, and claims, and assist with client submissions under supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with accuracy.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis requests.
• Process tasks accurately within required timeframes.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections where needed.
