Master Halco, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Associate to blend inside and outside sales, build valuable relationships, and drive profitable growth with assigned customers.

The role involves phone, in-person, and electronic interactions and requires learning all products to expand sales. You will manage orders, quotes, and delivery coordination, while supporting the outside sales team and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong sales, customer service and negotiating abilities.
• Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Strong planning, time management and multi-project coordination.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and conduct sales activities.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Provide excellent service by addressing needs quickly and accurately.
• Grow sales and meet branch/company goals.
• Learn and sell all company products and services.
• Enter orders in ERP and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Provide quotes and support outside sales as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to customer questions.
• Process payments and manage orders/returns administratively.
