Master Halco, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Associate to blend inside and outside sales, build strong customer relationships, and drive profitable growth. The role includes handling orders, quotes, and coordination with the ERP system, with travel to assigned customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong sales, customer service and negotiating abilities.
• Well-developed organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and drive sales growth for assigned accounts.
• Interact with customers via phone, in person and electronic channels.
• Provide quick, accurate customer service and respond to needs.
• Grow branch and company sales to meet profitability goals.
• Enter orders in ERP and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Provide quotes and update customers on pricing and availability.
• Support outside sales as needed and maintain product knowledge.
