Job summary

Master Halco is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to service contractors, distributors, and retailers from our branch. You will handle phone calls, process quotes and orders, and collaborate with the outside sales team to expand the customer base.

The role emphasizes excellence in phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement, with weekday hours and opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Computer literate and proficient in MS applications (EXCEL required).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
• Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
• Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
• Prepares job order quotations based on customer requests and information.
• Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
