Job summary

Master Halco Fence & Deck Supply seeks an Account Development Associate to blend inside and outside sales, build relationships with current and prospective customers, and drive profitable growth at the local branch. The role requires handling quotes, orders, and cross-functional coordination with delivery teams.

You will participate in a dynamic team, travel to meet key customers, and contribute to quarterly bonus programs while enjoying standard benefits and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and grow sales.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned customers to grow sales.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person and electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to customer needs.
• Enter sales orders in ERP and coordinate delivery with Branch Operations.
• Develop quotes and support Outside Sales Associates as needed.
• Travel to assigned customers to develop relationships and identify opportunities.
