Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, is seeking an Account Development Associate at our local branch to blend inside and outside sales. You will build relationships, provide value, and drive profitable sales growth with current and prospective customers.

The role requires handling customer interactions by phone, in person, and electronically, while supporting a sales team to meet branch goals. Travel to key accounts and ERP-based order handling are included.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and sales activities.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, and electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing needs quickly and accurately.
• Support outside sales and grow branch/company sales and profitability.
• Enter sales orders in ERP and coordinate delivery or pickup.
• Prepare formal quotes using ERP for pricing and availability.
• Travel to assigned customers to develop relationships and grow sales.
