Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of workplace partners, ensuring high retention and value. You will act as the primary liaison for escalations, coordinate with product and strategy teams, and deliver strategic reviews with executives.

You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup, owning ownership, and building trusted relationships across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to try / lack of fear.
• Relationship management experience not required but strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio and drive Same-Store Shift Postings (SSSP) and Same-Store Net Revenue (SSNR).
• Forecast performance and provide insights to leadership on pipeline health.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic meetings to demonstrate value.
• Act as the primary contact for complex escalations and implement systemic solutions.
• Partner with Product, Legal, and Strategy Operations to represent the voice of the customer.
