The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Account Development Manager for the Odessa, Texas market. This remote/field-based role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing new customer relationships, and increasing product adoption across the territory.

You will drive sales through prospecting, maintain partnerships, and execute territory plans while traveling daily within the assigned area. bilingual Spanish is highly preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Hunter mentality and drive to win new business are essential.
• CRM experience is preferred to manage accounts and forecast.
• Coatings or related industry experience is a plus.
• Daily travel within the assigned territory is expected.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and increasing product adoption in the territory.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and customer outreach.
