Xplor Technologies is seeking a high-energy sales professional to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and portfolio ownership, designed for self-starters who want control over their time and earnings.

You’ll educate business owners, close deals, and build lasting relationships with local merchants, all while enjoying uncapped earning potential, flexible scheduling, and strong support from a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
