Watts Water Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Executive for the I-CON product line, targeting correctional facilities and related institutions. This remote role covers multi-state territories, driving revenue growth and building strategic accounts while leading a full sales cycle.

You will present solutions, manage opportunities, and partner with the Regional Manager to expand market share, with significant travel and a focus on safety and efficiency in water control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales in a consultative selling environment.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and hit revenue targets.
• Maintain relationships with key contacts to drive new and recurring business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and post-sale support.
