Watts Water Technologies is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development professional to drive growth in the East US region, focusing on new construction opportunities for I-CON’s intelligent plumbing controls in correctional facilities. The role emphasizes early design engagement, strong stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will travel, build relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors, and partner with regional Account Executives to move opportunities

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, sales, or construction management.
• 5+ years in business development or technical sales.
• Experience building new accounts and managing a multi-state territory.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow new construction pipeline in assigned region for correctional facilities.
• Influence specifications by presenting products to architects and engineers early in design.
• Collaborate with regional Account Executives to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Conduct field outreach, research, and trade-show follow-up to generate leads.
