Bold Metrics is a SaaS solution helping retailers and brands reduce returns and improve sustainability by using real body data to optimize fit and the customer experience.

As an Account Executive in the United States or Canada working remotely, you will own the full sales cycle from outreach through contracting, building relationships with eCommerce, digital, merchandising and finance leaders at recognizable brands.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in ecommerce.
• History of exceeding revenue goals throughout your career.
• Experience selling to multiple personas at VP and C-Level.
• Set up processes and levers to achieve goals.
• Proven results scaling processes/workflows with AI.
• Apparel brand experience is a big plus.
• BA or BS degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contracting.
• Develop ROI cases and translate tech value to buyer terms.
• Coordinate with Marketing to sharpen market reach.
• Collaborate with technology and agency partners to drive value.
• Track funnel metrics and improve performance.
• Share customer insights with Product team.
• Manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
