Job summary

Bundoran Group is seeking aMid-Market Account Executive to drive new business for a profitable SaaS platform helping apparel brands optimize sizing and reduce returns. This remote role targets US and Canada-based retailers, with a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 and a high-earning, uncapped OTE.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, engage with VP and C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with Marketing and partners to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into retail or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
• Ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes from outreach to close.
• Experience building repeatable processes to improve pipeline results.
• Experience using AI to scale sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, business case development, negotiation, and contracting.
• Sell mid-market opportunities with deal sizes around $50k–$100k.
• Build relationships with executive leaders in retail and apparel brands.
• Translate AI-powered technology into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Develop outbound prospecting motions to supplement inbound leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and acquisition strategies.
