Job summary

Mobile Communications America is seeking an Account Executive – MR in the El Paso, TX area. You will drive revenue growth by building relationships with new clients and strengthening existing partnerships, while forecasting trends and delivering strategic sales plans.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years in sales or public safety or 5+ years direct sales experience, plus knowledge of public safety markets and two-way radio. A valid driver's license and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales or public safety (preferred) OR 5+ years of direct sales or public safety experience.
• Proven expertise in public safety through direct service or sales roles in public safety markets.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Forecast sales trends and develop innovative, result-driven sales strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Expand and manage a robust client database within the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads with same-day responsiveness to maximize conversions.
• Stay informed on competitor products and position MCA solutions effectively.
