The Account Executive will focus on new business, prospecting across the US and building relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers and CPA partners. This fully remote role offers a high-growth path in a collaborative, entrepreneurially minded team.

Base salary is $60,000-$90,000 with on-target earnings of $120,000-$180,000 and an attractive commission per customer. Remote, United States.

Qualifications

• Experience selling payroll software, fintech or SMB software solutions.
• Proven track record in business development or new business sales.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
• Identify, qualify and engage small business owners across the United States.
• Develop relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers and CPA partners.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate business value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through self-sourced activity.
• Educate prospects on payroll technology solutions and ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership on scalable sales processes.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and manage activity in CRM.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and go-to-market execution.
