Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in a sales or client-facing role.

• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage and forecast a pipeline.

• Own the Pipeline: Master pipeline management and proactively engage warm leads, guiding them with clarity and care toward experienced legal professionals.
