Owner is an AI-native system that helps local restaurant owners manage their website, online ordering, CRM, POS, and more. This role focuses on becoming a product and industry expert to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner, collaborating to align goals with product capabilities and selling on ROI.

You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and coordinate with onboarding for seamless launches.

Formación

• 1-2 years of software sales experience, preferably high-volume SMB SaaS with closing experience.
• Consultative, customer-first approach with strong sales acumen and time management.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred for our Spanish-speaking customer base.

Interview Process:

• Recruiter screen: 30-minute call to align on background and answer early questions.
• Hiring manager screen: 30-minute video interview to go deeper on experience and work style.
• Final round: 45-minute video conversation with executives.
