Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is looking for an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. In this 100% Direct Sales role, you will be responsible for prospecting and managing a defined sales territory, striving for new customer acquisition while nurturing current relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment. Fluency in German, Polish, and English is required. This position allows remote work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Ability to manage a defined sales territory.
• Experience in commission-based sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive a prescriptive sales process and manage a defined sales territory.
• Prospect for new clients through various strategies.
• Engage in all qualified leads from various teams.
• Nurture prospects and current customers.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
