Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential to reach six figures after five years of successful service as an Account Executive/University Development Counselor. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; no delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• Excellent time management with ability to juggle multiple tasks while traveling.
• Clear communication in person, writing and on the phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; take ownership of your time and results.
• High emotional intelligence; coaching and relationship skills with diverse students.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, willingness to travel; some events may require evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: identify and implement event/activity plans for your territory and drive inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students and partners, promote university programs, and support institutional growth.
• Heart and Hustle: remote role with ambitious targets; support admissions and guide students through the process.
