Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a strategic security solutions professional to accelerate DoD software and services sales with Navy/Marine Corps stakeholders. You will translate mission needs into technical outcomes and lead complex, compliant solutions across a regulated DoD landscape.

This remote US role involves travel up to 40% for customer briefings; a TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in direct US military ops or 4+ years selling/ supporting DoD software/IT
• Understanding of US Armed Services workflows or DoN/military environments
• Experience delivering formal operational/technical briefings to military or SES leaders
• Active Top Secret/SCI or eligible clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for defense briefings
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to strengthen DoD cybersecurity posture
• Lead in ambiguous environments, building trust, setting vision, and influencing outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers, external partners and sponsors to deliver IL-compliant security solutions
