Job summary

Vitu, a leader in Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, is seeking a National Title Exchange Title Auditor I to audit DMV paperwork remotely in accordance with DMV policies and internal procedures. A clean driving record and valid license are required.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous document review, and timely follow-up with clients. The position offers a remote work setup for candidates in the United States and hourly compensation of $18-$21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of registration and title procedures per state laws.
• EVR program knowledge (e- filing) required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with dealer title processing (new/used/salvage/imported).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit incoming deals for both in-state and out-of-state.
• Audit paperwork against DMV policies and notify customers/DMV per procedures.
• Assist with team questions on processing registration and title paperwork.
• Maintain constant contact with clients to notify of errors, missing documents, and due dates.
• Review documents electronically filed by the second line business partner.
