Vitu in Indiana is seeking an Account Executive to build and maintain professional relationships with dealership clients, train staff on the Vitu system, and ensure accurate DMV processing and compliance across EVR and RIA procedures.

The role requires hands-on client support, strong communication with executives, and travel up to 150 miles. The salary range is centered on market standards for an AE and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in B2B environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation.
• Knowledge of EVR (E-filing) programs and DMV regulations.
• Proficiency with Chrome/Firefox and common PC tools.
• Ability to communicate with high-level executives and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu and review DMV processes.
• Monitor dealer error rates and ensure compliance with DMV rules.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel and provide support via phone, chat, and email.
• Advocate for clients and suggest program improvements.
• Conduct DMV fee trainings in-person and via webinar.
• Navigate dealer DM s to ensure correct DMV fee calculations.
• Handle DMV support questions and resolve complex issues.
