BuildZoom Data, a CORA company, is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, remote-friendly role places you on the front lines of selling our Data Explorer platform, turning permitting data into actionable insights for builders, insurers, and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a proven record of exceptional sales performance.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a history of exceeding revenue goals.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn new sales systems and receptive to coaching.
• Strong fluency with CRMs and modern sales tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Clear, confident communication and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage targeted prospects through high-volume outbound outreach to create qualified meetings.
• Lead product conversations that communicate the value of data solutions and address objections.
• Own the sales journey from first touch to close while achieving activity and revenue goals.
• Execute a disciplined sales process with coaching and performance insights.
• Maintain a clean CRM and timely follow-ups to move the pipeline forward.
• Role-model objection handling and value storytelling to show data benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to refine messaging and service.
