Job summary

Market Leader, part of Andromeda Software within Constellation Software, seeks an Account Executive to drive nationwide sales of software and digital advertising to real estate pros. You will manage leads, discover client needs, and close deals in a fast-paced environment with a short 5–7 day sales cycle.

You’ll receive coaching and support for career growth, plus uncapped commission potential and day-one benefits in a fully remote role. Prior SaaS sales and CRM experience are valued.

Qualifications

• B2B/B2C/SaaS sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• High accountability and professionalism.
• Comfort presenting solutions virtually to customers.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets via inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Sell Market Leader software and digital advertising nationwide.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate value via calls, virtual meetings, and written communication.
• Handle objections and guide decision-making.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Customer Success post-sale.
• Stay informed on real estate trends and competitors.
