Job summary

Leoforce in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Account Executive for construction technology. You will own a multi-state territory, drive new business and expand within existing accounts, with a hunter focus and outbound prospecting.

This remote-based role covers the territory with travel about 25% to client meetings and demos. You will partner with internal experts to position software, hardware and services across Autodesk, Leica and Bluebeam, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales and business development in construction tech or AEC.
• Experience selling software, hardware or multiple solutions.
• Experience with architecture, engineering, construction customers preferred.
• Willing to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an assigned multi-state territory with a mix of existing customers and greenfield prospects.
• Prospect into construction and AEC organizations through prospecting, networking and field activity.
• Build relationships with contractors, construction firms and other AEC organizations throughout the territory.
• Identify customer needs and position software, hardware and professional services.
• Sell across construction tech platforms, including Autodesk, Leica and Bluebeam.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close and onboarding with the tech team.
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional tech, service and support needs.
• Partner with internal specialists and external technology partners.
• Maintain ownership of customer relationships post-sale for long-term growth.
• Travel throughout the territory for meetings, events and business development.
