Job summary

Rand Worldwide Subsidiary Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the construction sector. You will drive outbound prospecting, build a full sales pipeline, and close new business across Autodesk, Leica, Productivity NOW and Bluebeam solutions.

Lead with the best-fit product, manage relationships with key decision-makers and work toward exceeding annual targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in software sales (3-7 years).
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk construction solutions or similar tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and close construction deals.
• Present Autodesk Forma, Leica, Productivity NOW and Bluebeam solutions to clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and manage a full pipeline.
• Drive outbound prospecting and hit sales targets through strategic account management.
