Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience managing sales cycles across commercial or enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDD(P)ICC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close opportunities across commercial and enterprise segments.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage complete sales process from discovery to close.
• Communicate Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise value to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecast.
