Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or account development in staffing/recruiting.
• Experience selling to manufacturers or technical/industrial firms preferred.
• Existing NC/SC network in the business community preferred.
• Willingness to participate in industry associations and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new client accounts in NC/SC Carolinas.
• Develop territory growth strategy and multi-touch outreach.
• Present Sterling's staffing solutions and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with recruiters to meet client requirements.
