Job summary

Sterling Engineering is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across North and South Carolina, targeting manufacturing and technical industries. You will open new accounts, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Sterling as a staffing partner through research, referrals, and cold outreach.

You will build account plans, manage multi-touch campaigns, and collaborate with recruiters to ensure client requirements are met, while traveling regionally to cultivate

Qualifications

• Prior sales or account development experience within the staffing and recruiting industry is required.
• Experience selling staffing or recruiting services to manufacturers or technical/industrial organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated success opening new accounts and building a territory through proactive prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for North and South Carolina in manufacturing/technical industries.
• Identify, initiate, and secure new client accounts through targeted prospecting and networking.
• Build relationships with plant leaders, HR, and operations to position Sterling as a staffing partner.
• Create and manage prospect lists, account plans, and multi-touch outreach to generate meetings.
