Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and ability to win new business
• 4–8 years of outside sales or account management experience
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel within territory
• Experience with B2B industrial sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and new opportunities
• Identify, pursue, and close new customers in North and South Carolina territory
• Develop account plans to grow revenue, margin, and market share
• Engage with decision-makers across purchasing, operations, and leadership
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts
• Manage opportunities in CRM and forecast diligently
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service
• Grow existing relationships and uncover additional business
