Job summary

Hyland is hiring an Account Executive for a remote role in the United States, including Westlake, Ohio. You will build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to meet sales targets, forecast accurately, and collaborate with engineers to demonstrate solutions all while leveraging Hyland's Content Innovation Cloud.

The ideal candidate has account management experience in technology sales, strong communication, and the ability to manage opportunities and pipelines with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience as Account Manager with knowledge of sales in a tech solution.
• Proficiency in opportunity management and account planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota and expand relationships with customers or partners.
• Develop and communicate accurate real-time sales forecasts and maintain CRM data.
• Partner with sales solution engineers to deliver software demonstrations and advance opportunities.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to identify expansion and respond to RFPs.
• Attend trade shows and tailor engagement to reinforce Hyland's market presence.
• Develop closing plans for accounts and coordinate with leadership for negotiations and contracting.
