Job summary

Hydro Extrusions seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive Northeast US market share for aluminum extrusions with emphasis on value-added services like fabrication and anodize. You will manage major accounts, develop new business, and coordinate with service and production teams.

The role requires 5–10 years in extrusion sales, a marketing or business degree, strong pricing/negotiation skills, and willingness to travel about 50%+. Base location is remote within the Northeast region.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of aluminum extrusion sales experience in front-line account management.
• Marketing or business degree or equivalent in education or experience.
• Technical knowledge in pricing, negotiation and contracts.
• Experience selling value-add operations such as fabrication/machining, anodize and paint.

Responsibilities

• Develop primary sales account interface with prospects/customers and represent the company.
• Grow market share by expanding relationships and new business opportunities.
• Execute sales activities aligned with the company strategy and policies.
• Establish and maintain a new business pipeline within existing and new customers.
• Perform forecasting, analyses and reports to support sales actions.
• Collaborate with customer service and plant operations to resolve issues.
• Prepare updates and reports for management.
• Take on special projects as assigned by the Region Sales Manager.
