Job summary

Podchaser is seeking a driven sales professional to close new business and manage renewals across our client base. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, building relationships with brands and agencies in the podcast advertising and media intelligence space.

Salary range is $120,000 - $130,000 yearly plus bonus. We are a global company with remote teams and value strategic thinking, strong communication, and a proven track record in SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in brand communications or ad agency sales is preferred.
• Familiar with media intelligence and related datasets.
• Comfortable with SaaS sales motions and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead on closing sales and driving revenue growth.
• Qualify leads through strategic research.
• Identify and refine best practices to strengthen the team's sales approach.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and map solutions to market needs.
• Leverage key SaaS tools to track, measure, and sharpen sales tactics.
• Manage a book of existing business, ensuring renewal rates and new growth.
