Job summary

Relationship One, LLC is seeking an Account Director to identify and close product and service opportunities in their assigned territory. You will balance pursuing new accounts with growing existing customers and collaborate with channel partners to co-sell and co-manage joint sales pursuits.

You will work with internal teams to define, scope, and deliver solutions that maximize client value, present proposals, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years selling consulting services and/or cloud-based products to upper-level and C-suite leaders
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling marketing automation or CRM software a plus
• Familiarity with solution/value selling models
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and RFP responses

Responsibilities

• Execute an effective sales plan to achieve territory revenue targets
• Develop channel partner relationships to source opportunities
• Identify and pursue leads through multiple campaigns and outreach
• Coordinate with marketing on lead management
• Lead negotiations and contracting processes
• Coach and guide account teams in account planning and management
